Your body in guard - hands

I was looking up online some facts about the body and I overcame this article on  working out. So, I look up some interesting facts on the body and colorguard and compare them and there are a lot,

Did you know?

  • One third of all acute injuries seen in emergency rooms involve the upper extremities.
  • Two thirds of upper extremity injuries occur to individuals in their working years.
  • The most common disabling work injuries in the United States involve the upper extremities, accounting for over one fourth of all disabling work injuries. One out of six disabling work injuries involve the fingers, most often due to the finger striking or being struck against a hard surface.
  • One fourth of athletic injuries involve the hand and wrist.
  • Children under the age of six are at the greatest risk for crushing or burning injuries of the hand.
  • carpel tunnel is most common seen in men and woman ages 24-35
  • sports with lots of wrist involvement have more cases of swollen joints, arm and hand pain, and arthritis
  • your hand can inquire deep pain just from long periods of rotation of the wrist
with colorguard being so demanding of you as well, its reasonable to also say that you would be at more risk doing at least 4 years of guard and be able to fit in all of the categories above. What this mean is that life and guard are two different  areas that guard can be accountable for also, you would have more problems and more difficulties in most hand to arm injuries that a colorguard person goes through and have regular injuries with the hand become two times more likely to happen with you.

but, Hey!! Its for the love of guard !!!
