Okay first off......
Performance jitters are base on how you treat them. if you have a more nervous or anxiety type personality, then you will have more of a harder time getting over your jitters and if your more of the excited and explosive personality, then your gonna to be less of a nervous wreck. These are the symptoms you should look for
Butterflies in stomach
Sweating
Constant moving
Forgetting easily
Over compensating
Over thinking
Over excessive quietness our talking
Frequent urination
And heavy breathing
Now with these symptoms, comes your responsibility to handle them in the manor you want to. in anyway you want or need but, I will tell you how I handle mines
For more of the mental symptoms, I choose more things that take my mind off of it for example
Music
music helps stimulate the mind if you focus on the music you will get your mind off of the jitters
Hand held hobbies
With things like knitting makes us focus on our hands rather than being afraid to go out there on the floor an do our best. This is a very constructive thing to do plus, it can really passes the time.
Electronics
Electronics like your phone or gaming devices works in the same way that you would use hand held activities , the more you focus on that, the more you forget that you are performing.
For more of the physical symptoms, I really tried hard distract myself, for example
Just pay no attention
literally, the hardest thing to do, but it works. Everyone focuses on that one thing that makes you mess up and then you whined up messing up,
relax
that's all you need to do, just calm down, count to 10 and woosah !!!!
talk about something else
it really helps to take mind off things, so if that means talking your ass off , then do it!! Talking really distracts you from objectives in everyday life so why not use it to get over jittersI hope this really helped you get over jitters and if you want to give me any idea to post about, all you have to do is email me itsaguardthing72@gmail.com or dm me on the Instagram page @__itsaguardthing__ or even kik me : itsaguardthingblog
